So we surprised

The motto of the conference was “The Power of Change”. The aim was to create ground-breaking, original and dynamic conferences for the brand’s distributors. That is why we decided to take a step forward and revolve the entire convention around the concept of “Change”. We based ourselves at the Eurostars Sitges 5* Hotel and relied on unique presentations and workshops by Emilio Duró, Alan McShane and the great magician and mentalist Jorge Luengo. We also complemented this with activities and private visits to the Jean Leon wineries and the Casa Bacardi.

The Power of Change: an innovative convention for Duscholux

Under the motto "The Power of Change" , we organised transformative and dynamic days for the 130 Duscholux distributors , designed to break the mould and inspire new ways of facing the future. With the Eurostars Sitges 5 *** Hotel as our base of operations, we created an event that combined high-impact presentations, innovative workshops and exclusive experiences to enhance learning and connection between attendees.


From the very beginning, the convention revolved around the concept of change , reflecting the evolution and growth of the brand in a constantly changing market. To do so, we relied on leading figures who provided their unique vision of leadership, motivation and innovation.

The event brought together three leading experts to offer keynote sessions:


Emilio Duró , a leader in motivation and positive attitude in business

Alan McShane , expert in strategy and business development

Jorge Luengo , magician and mentalist, who with his disruptive approach demonstrated how lateral thinking can generate surprising changes


Each of these presentations provided new tools and perspectives to attendees, reinforcing the importance of adaptability and innovation in the business world.
